Finger of God- IS it pointing at YOU?

Today, the 21st of February, we have a special configuration in the sky- with your birth chart- IF you have any planets at 9 Virgo AND 9 Scorpio (has to be both!). 

Transiting Venus is at 9 degrees Aries and it will create this special relationship with ANY planets (or angles) that are BOTH in Scorpio and Virgo at 9 degrees. 

People born Nov-Dec 1960, Oct-Dec 1961, and Aug 1962 have both Neptune and Pluto at this important degree. (I use a wider orb of 8-10 degrees).
